The most important problem of this picture is its lighting. Too much light on the wall does not suit the meaning of "Despair".

Creative idea, well captured...the lighting is too harsh esecially on the mid -right
wall... the highlight on the window frame looks unnatural. Otherwise a well thought out
scene.
