Nice visualisation .. If I was the author I would have taken the center rope diagonally from cornor to cornor.. I feel the graphic effect would have been more .. What are your views on this ... do mail @ amitchk@hotmail.com

Excellent detail and great color make an appealing abstract. I might have preferred a bit more DOF to bring the orange into focus as well. In this case, because the colors are so different, it would not have diminished the strong pattern from the blue and would have enhanced the texture a bit I think. However, very nice overall.

Great abstract. Good use of color. I would like a little less sheen on the top of the knot. It looses detail. Is that from the Sun or over exposure? Maybe shoot the same shot with something to kill that light or even a polorizer.
