E' indimenticabile!!! Stupenda per composizione, scala di grigio, insomma tutto. Decisamente con un impatto visivo maggiore rispetto alle altre tue attuali che invece mostrano una ricerca diversa e interessantissima! La inserisco tra le mie preferite! Un sorriso!

This is a good example of how a title can add to an image.
Without the title, I see a man and his canine companion during a pause. The picture would strike me as such and I would move along.
However, I was nudged into thinking about it because of the ?Old Pact?. I looked at the image a little longer to determine the nature of the ?pact?.
What a discovery that was! The central pact here is the relationship between man and dog. It is an age-old relationship of a strange symbiosis. Man has used dogs in hunting, to aid with protection, for sport, for companionship and even for food. For dogs, dependence on humans has led to a success for the species.
Yet there are other pacts in this image. There is also a pact between man and nature. The man and his dog are in a field. They are enjoying nature via a stroll. The dog is intent on something as the man rests. Is the dog fulfilling the pact of protection for the man? Is the dog looking to provide his pack mate, the man, with some dinner? None the less, whether he is in danger or hungry, there is a pact between man and nature. Both need each other. Man needs nature to continue to develop; nature needs man to protect it from other men.
The final pact in this image is between man and society. This is clearly seen in the background with the ruins. All of the achievements of man are fragile. Without continual maintenance, they will begin to decay. Yet, man must use the tools of achievement to continue down the road of progress. Otherwise, society itself will fall into ruin.
A few technical notes. The dog is such a powerful symbol in this image; it needs to be in complete focus. It seems a little soft. The image seems a little dark to me.

This is a breathtaking picture, with so much life. The old pact between man and wolves has proven to be more advantageous for man, and an uncertainty for the dogs.
