About Returning from Tahoe to Tallahassee we stopped on 395 as we approached Lone Pine. The wind was blowing, it was late in the day and we were in a hurry to get to Barstow for the night. I remember all the nights I've slept in these mountains.

Prachak, thanks for your suggestion. Since I took this picture, I've started doing panoramic landscapes. One of these is here on Usefilm. Unfortunately, this site dosn't support panoramic pictures. You can find my panoramic landscape photos by following links in my personal webpage. http://mywebpages.comcast.net/rltilden
Now that I'm using my digital camera more for landscapes, panoramics are easy, so there is no excuse for not using panoramas. Also since this image was taken, I bought a good wide angle lense for my SLR. Again wide angle lenses work real well for landscapes, especially when there is somthing of interest in the forground such as wildflowers. Landscape photography does interest me, and is the area I'm concentrating on. Thanks again for taking the time to post a remark.
