About This barn is on some land that we own. We are in the process of taking them all down so I have captured images and placing a few on here. Let me know what you think. Thanks

Wonderful! I love old wooden house and rusted materials. They have past glories, achievements. And evoke me nostalsia. Then they are not only materials, showing me metaphysical beauty. Thanks nice comment for my 150years.

A very good subject for a photo, but I agree with the others who suggest this needs sharpening. If this shed is still standing, it would be fun to go out there and take more shots. A polarizing filter could put some color in that sky.

Thanks to you both....
Vicki, I agree that the picture is overexposed. I have played with it to try and correct but could not.

Don, I seem to shoot at the worst times. ... :) I have been playing with Photoshop a little but I am not sure about the unmask. What does that do that the Sharpen filter will not? If you could drop me an email to sr_rogers@mindspring.com and give me a few pointers I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks to you both.

Nice angle. Your colors are fine. We have had some bald skies lately also and not much you can do. Have you tried the unsharp mask in Photoshop to sharpen your pictures? Don.

I love rustic shots like these. It could be a bit sharper, and on my monitor seems to be somewhat overexposed. But a great subject well composed. Regards.
