Richard,
This youngster ( guessing 12 and under? )has very good form. Please encourage him to keep practicing, there is always a shortage of GOOD Catchers :)
For the pic, I like it, but I would have preferred an action shot of him attemtping to throw someone out at second, maybe including the umpire and or batter.
Nice shot though!
