About Kioara Valley. Central Cradle Mt'n National Park - Tasmania. I am at 1540m Altitude. The Highest Mt'n in Tasmania is 1616m. (Just to the right of, but not in the photo). The "hills" you see are all about the 1500m+ height. What is really interesting is that usually in Tasmanian the overcast (clouds like this) are at the 1500m level so this light is really very strange as it is very dull but quite a warm light. Hard to explian but very unusual.
It is certainly NOT European light, For sure. Forget Technical, forget everything - just enjoy :-)

I'm enjoying this picture, and it is very strange light. I'm sorry to confuse you with my basket photo, and it's okay that it doesn't appeal to you. Most landscapes don't appeal to me. Thanks for the comment - Rhonda

I like this image too....I might like the horizontal a little better, but like I said both are great...and thank you for your advice on making my image sharper...I will try what you said. I had people telling me what was wrong with it, but you were the only one with a solution....Thanks again.

David,
Very nice landscape. Good lighting/composition.
Glad to know the old AE1 is still producing :)
