About This Elk bull was taken about 2 hours ago at Gold Bluffs Beach north of the town of Orik. He was grazing but appeared to be nervous and somewhat aggressive. I tried to keep 30 yards of uneven ground between us. When he would walk toward me, I would retreat back 15 yards or more. He would then walk toward me again. After doing this 5 times, I decided to leave the immediate area and photograph from a much greater distance.
