About	Actual space vehicle used by American astronauts to return to earth after a moon landing during the last 60s/70s space era. This display can be seen in the Space Museum in Washington DC. Sorry about the crop of the left side that was just how the picture was taken (slapped wrist)I have also turned it around for a more natural view I think!

The crop is not a problem at all, since quite a lot of the craft is cut off and so it's clear that the crop was intentional. Also all the other edges of the craft are well within the picture. So I would say that not only is the crop not a problem, but it's in fact a very good crop.

Just like Oreste, I prefer this to #1. The angle is one thing, but more importantly this one actually looks like a spacecraft, whereas with the other one I wouldn't be sure if you hadn't told us.

Another thing that's better here is the background - plain black, as opposed to somewhat distracting elements in the other shot. The only thing here that connects the craft to something outside the image is the cable (or whatever) at the very top, but it's not really a problem as it cannot be seen all that easily.
