A perfect photo of this lovely Arowana (I have had this fish in my aquarium before, but he was not very big, in the wild they grow enormous!)... the clarity is amazing.. looks as if you were swimming in the water with him! :-) 7/7

Hi Ania, this fish is called Aruana. He is native of the rivers of the Amazon. It is a super fierce predator.

Hmm, if I remember well, this is the fish from the group of species which hunt in a special way - they take aim at their prey (bugs, etc) and "spit" with water strongly, so the bug falls into the water. I don't know the name of the fish in English, only in Polish...
