Thanks Gary.It was that combination of the metal spikes and their echo in the dead plants that caught my eye and, the dark window seemed to complete the image and the feeling of loss.The empty house you have seen from the outside.

This really is an interesting shot. The way the spines on the machine mimic the dried out plants is very well observed and the window gives us more of a story. Good use of grain too.
