The composition is good in its minimalistic way to suggest a great height. Perhaps the flyer should be abit higher and avoid the vertical middle of the image, but still well integrated. I think that with a bit of underexposure here, the guy and the paraglider could have been turned to dark silhouettes against the clouds, which in this case might enhance the image.
