 Most every shot I did with my 17-85mm came out razor sharp. I could kick myself in the butt for selling it, when I bought the L lenses.
 
 If you have a couple you want me to look at, I will see if I can figure out what happend to cause a little blur. Most of the time it is camera shake. I have gotten sharp images with that lens using a shutter speed of 1/5th of a second hand held, but braced on some rocks and not breathing of course... hehehe
