Phil, glad you like it. As you say it looks sharper even though I didn't touch the sharpening tool. Increasing the contrast and exposure usually does that. Do you any thoughts on my images? Regards, Joe

Joe- Much better! I always think I might be adding too much juice and end up backing it down way too far. This looks alot sharper and to be honest, much more like the subject actually appeared. Thanks for the help and please add anytime ( that's what you're here for!!) Thanks again Phil

Also Phil, I thought the image could use a little punch so I gave it a go in PhotoShop to see what I could do. Hope you don't mind. I adjusted Shadows/Highlights - Shadows 42%, Highlights 12%, Brightness/Contrast - Brightness +8, Contrast +18. I do something similar to most of my shots. What do you think? Joe

The possible options I can think of: Use a diffuser on your flash. If possible bounce flash of ceiling. Not use a flash but you would blow out the brighter area in the sun outside. Use Photo Shop to remove hot spot on tomato. or Do what you did which looks just fine. Regards, Joe

Joe, I had to "slice" most of the tomatoes due to flash back-lash. Suggestions? Thanks as always! Phil

Thanks Bill. She was a real nice kid, standing all day, helping her grandfather sell veggies. Phil
