About	La fontana di Trevi è divisa in tre nicchie da quattro colonne. Le sculture che la compongono narrano varie vicende allegoriche. Nella nicchia centrale si trova la statua di Oceano, rappresentato su un cocchio a forma di conchiglia trainato da cavalli alati. Nelle nicchie laterali ci sono le statue dell'Abbondanza ( presente nella fotografia), e della Salubrità nel lato opposto. Nella grande vasca, simboleggiante il mare, fra le sculture si trovano figure di tritoni e di animali marini, mitologici e reali.
