Absolutely excellent! First of all nice old man, the old faces always are the best for portraits, secondly you frame him well, placed at the side of the image, 3ed, you 'cut' him nicely, lefting the 1/2 of his body into the frame, 4ed, the background, you was carefull on it, how you 'use' it to support him, and a great portrait MUST have a good background too, and you get the best for that...works also in greyscale my friend.
