About The Annapurna is a beautiful mountain range among the Himalayas and village of Ghandruk seen in the photograph poses a very picturesque setting. I was lucky to wake up to find a perfect dawn.

Sai!
Thanks for your valued comments.
The sky is dark due to using a polarizer while the light was coming from the right hand side. You are correct about the time of shooting. I hurried uphill to catch the early morining light. The shadow to the right was enhanced by another mountain range to the right as it blocked light. Also my scanning was not good on this photograph. I will post more pictures of the this region taken when the sun was higher.

Very scenic view Ashok,

The sky color looks a bit weird to me..am not really sure if its due to the time of the day or something else..but personally i prefer it was bluish (more natural)..
also the very huge shadow to the right is distracting..
if the shadows are not too strong you could probably rectify that with a ND grad...or may be by waiting for a few more minutes until the sun is a lil more higher in the sky..(but not high enough that its too strong)
