About Another one that was shot very very early in the morning. As I was walking with the only thought how to make it in time, seeing that apparently everybody else was also in that theater of speed, I was really happy to see that still there was something that didn't care about the phrase "time is money". It was somehow comforting, and also perhaps silly, to personify a fountain as some kind of "a friend in peace", but sometimes under stress situations it can help.

I didn't have the tripod with me, and so I could only use the widest aperture and limit the range of the DoF. I decided to put as much sharpness as possible to the center of the image, where the water had all those small wavelets, and give it a try. So the rest is not sharp, but I think it works well, especially with the traces of the lights of the cars in the background.

Any comments would be very welcome.

Great! Then the image/title surpassed my expections! :-)

Cheers,

no no Nick,
you asked about the image itself,
you didn't mention the title,
when you read the title then everything is clear,
;)
best, mahassa

Then the combination of image and title alone was not as strong and un-misunderstandable. That's an invaluabke thing to know. Thank you very much, Mahassa!

Thank you very much for the nice comment, Mahassa! Does the photo itself manage to be some kind of visual translation of the about box?
