i used the bridge railing as a stationary object and i just set the camera down on that and pressed the shutter release, maybe thats why its not as sharp, or, maybe its because its the shadow, anyways, thank you

Did you use a tripod for this? You have good color, and you got your glow. I'm left feeling the shot could be sharper.
