Nice, Michele. Sepia tones give this image a timeless quality -- and the beach always does have a timeless quality to it. Well except around here where they are constantly doing beach replenishment to keep the shoreline from overrunning the property. Someday, Mother Nature will win.
Sorry to go off on a tangent, I do really like the photo.

Michele....This has a very cool end of the summer feel to it! I think it is caused by the sepia tone. I like this shot a lot for that and for the old time feeling it brings to mind. Nicely composed as well. Good job My friend!

Nice shot Michele and it gives a historical 'feel' with the sepia toning. The whole image gives a moody kinda impression and one wouldn't be surprised to see an old Model T down there on that beach . . . almost a timeless shot. Might have improved with the F/stop if you have it too high but ( looking ) oooops, don't see it listed! LoL! Really the only concern I have is that the horizon line which isn't really centered is still very close to centered. Were you to drop from 568 px to 422 px on the height . . . you'd have a darn good panoramic shot . . . which would mean you could actuially go longer than 850 px wide and 422 high and upload a much more detailed pano shot! Something to consider . . . :)

Very nice wide image takes very big area as people's size proof it... nice in sepia, beautiful horizon line area, love the way sea and sky viewed at that so long distance!
