About Although not a dramatic lighting situation the image presented a challenge - The sun was behind clouds for the first 45 minutes of Sunrise and then presented behind and slightly to the left of Picnic Rocks. I also wanted a slower shutter speed , but enough light to illuminate the foreground

Not dramatic, but still very good lighting because the emphasis is now on the foreground part. Nice details and composition.
