Hi Robin,

This is a Black-crowned Night-heron. There are a few other shots of this bird that I posted recently. He was a very cooperative subject. The settings I used were ISO 400, f/5.6, 1/640 sec, and a 420mm FL.

Yep, this is a shot I like!
You show the movement in the flight and the sharpeness is super.
Wonder what shutterspeed you used, and what the name is of this beauty..
