About	This life sized bear in Ellicott City stepped out of a balcony window to blow bubbles at little Gene as we walked down through Main Street. Gene almost climbed up to the second story balcony to say hello back but better heads prevailed.

Jessie -- He pretty much took it in stride except for trying to climb up to the balcony.
There was a very attractive lady up there with the bubble bear and that might be what caught his eye.
