Thanks so much, Don. I apprecaite your taking the time to leave a comment and I'm so glad you enjoyed this particular shot. It's one of my personal favourites from the shoot I did... Please check out the rest of my gallery if you ever have a moment... And I'll be posting some more egg images from this series later today... :) Have a great day and thanks again.

Oh...cool, Michele. Thanks. Yeah, I like this one a lot. It turned out almost exactly like I'd planned. It was really hard to expose for the egg in the bright natural light and still get a good black and I'm not completely happy with the exposure but I believe the composition's the strength of the shot. Thanks again - and especially for looking at some other images in my portfolio. Any comments you'd like to share would be very much appreciated. Have a great night!

I took a quick glance at your portfolio Kim and can see I would enjoy spending a long time viewing your images... they all looked great but this one here took the prize for me in your 'Egg challenge'
Excellent ! I love the angles, textures, color , and the 'egg' - 7/7

Best wishes,
Michele~

Aww, thanks Paul. That means a lot coming from you. And hey - I'm pretty proud of this one because:

a) the egg didn't fall off
b) it wasn't cropped - I shot it this way (as the wind was blowing the swing around!)
c) I think it's just a cool concept

Heehee. Anyway, I appreciate the comment and I'll be posting more egg shots tomorrow. :)
