Maryanne, thanks so much for the very kind words on this series. I have just started shooting in RAW/NEF format and doing my post work in Adobe Lightroom. I think that may be the difference in the colors/exposure of the photos posted from Antietam. All the best to you!

This is really quite a beautiful series, Alan. I really like the composition, but more than that, you've achieved a really nice delicacy of color, particularly in the area where the tree branches are contrasted against the sky.
