About	Centro cultural diseñado aprovechando antiguas casas de finales del siglo XIX. Cuenta con talleres, librerias, salas de exposiciones, una de ellas dedicada al arte fotográfíco, museo, tiendas de artesanía y cerámica. Esta plaza está dedicada a Gil de Castro,(1785 - 1840). Aunque siendo de origen peruano, fué cosmógrafo del ejercito de Chile y ha pasado a la historia por sus obras pictóricas que expresan los ideales de la Independencia Americana.
