Wonderful interplay of shadows and light. I don't feel the people in the distance (nor the cars) add to the composition here. Have you considered a tighter crop, perhaps a square?

need to get a bit closer IMHO, and that triX can get too contrasty in the middle of the day. I try to compensate with a -1/2 stop in conditions like that. If you do your own developing, less agitation than usual tames contrast as well.
