As a CC photo, I'd say it might have been aimed lower, slightly. But the sharpness and exposure seem fine. The problem when shooting tall buildings is that perspective seems to tilt the buildings when seen in frame. People used to call speciality lenses - perspective control lenses. I used to have one of these myself, in the 'old' days. They are generally called 'shift lenses', and should be available as lenses, or lens accessories. And it's generally better to use that at the scene, using the actual light coming in, rather than attempt perspective 'control' in Photoshop (because you'll lose part of the image, or introduce artifacts).
