Hi Gabriele,
you got a lot of detail of this guy, and even the artificial backround adds to the composition because of its matching color.
Maybe just a tiny bit more light would have make it perfect.

Excellent, very sharp picture of the lizard. As you have observed, the background is unfortunate. You could fix it in Photoshop by selecting the background and applying about 15 pixels gaussian blur. Then adjust the saturation and brightness to give it a nice contrast with the lizard.
