How completely blessed you are Annemette. Beautiful. Like you . . . riches and mansions were never a big goal of mine. Always liked humor and my mind . . . and to be happy and comfortable. Your home is better, in my opinion, than the multi-million dollar homes that sprinkle our beaches here . . . and THIS house . . . this Home . . . is you! I love it.

Thanks, Michele:-) Yes, a garden is a refuge for the soul - I can dwell out there for hours, but had I been living in a place with nature all around I wouldnīt have felt it in the same way - at least I donīt think so. I dream of living in Canada or Norway in nature having trees, wild plants and flowers around me and a creek not top forget. Denmark is too small and cultivated for my taste although I do love the ocean.

Iīm very grateful for your kind comment, and also that you can sense that this is a place that suits me well. I love old natural places like this with soul, skewed walls and a roof that is "breathing".
New houses and designerfurniture and the latest trend has just never been me although I know that many appreciate that way of living and would dislike mine:-)Great that weīre all so different in this way!

Annemette - If I had been asked to conjure in my mind a vision of the house that you live in, this photo would be the same place I imagined.
The colorful beauty, the careful cultivation of nature, the thatched roof, and the wonderful doors and windows all seem in keeping with what you write and what you show in your visions through photos.
