Stuart, this shot is excellent! I love the angle you took this from, it shows both the inside and the outside of the flower. The sharpness is perfect as usual, and the DOF is deep enough to cover all the interesting parts. The lighting is just right.
There's more room between the flower and the edge at the bottom than at the top, perhaps if this was the other way around it would be even better considering the 'direction' of the flower. But that is just silly perfectionism on my part, the composition is still beautiful as it is. Great work!

Excellent composition here. The lighting is good, no hi-lights or shadows to contend with. Seems overall a touch soft tho, but I do like the photo.
