Hi Gabriele,
I stumbled across your portfolio, and I'm so glad that I did.
This image is breathtakingly beautiful in its simplicity. I love your compositional elements - the wedge shape of the successive reeds sticking up through the water (and their reflections) ... the gentle and muted undulations of the ripples in the background. So much from so little. I'm learning a lot from this one photo of yours.

very cool.. its amazing how sharp the reflection is, yet you can still see under the water!!! the green on the middle blade also draws your attention... I keep looking to see if I can spot a fish!! into my favorites!

I think the plants could be just little bit sharper. But, almost every shot I've ever seen like this has perfectly calm water. The ripples are a very nice touch - well done. Ha - as I scroll down, I see another one with ripples. But still, most of the other "minimalist" shots like this have been with still water - I like the ripples.
