Oh yeah.....Here she comes now! Moody with a capital M! Wonderful job and big difference!
There is something about this photo that I cannot put into words.....Something about where the sky meets the water line in the horion, but I can't say just what it is.....Very powerful image and well seen and shot!

Thank You once again Doyle ... I also had played with it in different tones.. and just as it was ( grey) ....
I do like dark contrasts, & bright colors, whenever possible ..as you refer to the 'dynamic' image, crop , or whatever..
I like dynamic images as much as possible !
I do like your version of course !!!

Creative monotone. Very moody shot and well composed. Nessa was right about the grain helping this shot convey a certain mood. I took the liberty (you know me) of playing with the shot a little. I desaturated the blue a bit and upped the midtone contrast while cutting the brightness down a tad . . . to see if it looked any "moodier". A fun image to play with and overall, a good one! :)
