I'd have to agree with the comment form Michael that the image needed something to make it pop. I do like the remix that he posted, but feel that it should be somewhere between your original post and his remix. The remix seems to have a bit to much contrast or saturation.

I think you did a wonderful merge on these shots, no seams, and the light quality is great. All you have to do is get in there with PS or another tool and really get the image to pop. I find that you have to meter in the middle when stitching and them come back in a play with masking to get each component of the scene up to the stunning vista that you originally saw.

I really like the contrast of colors throughout the shot.
The detail is also as amazing.

A wonderful image, and an equally good stitching job.Potential for the left side to get blown out, but excellently managed.
