Not a serial tree-hugger, but I have my moments. Thanks - the soft-focus was partially intentional/partially necessary.
BTW, speaking if Dunstanburgh (as we were) have you seen the window of that art/gift shop in Bondgate Within (can't remember the name offhand, but you'll know the one I mean - between the White Swan and the arch)? Very nice pic of Dunstanburgh at sunrise.

I think what I love most here is the smoothness of the sand... nothing else has been here before. You set the scene so well with your about... starting to feel like I need to invest in a car & get a spot of insomnia myself.
The photo is gorgeous... very dreamy (my preference, leave this unsharpend)x
