Victoria,
With street/candid photography, you don't need permission to take a photo out in public. You WOULD need written permission if you ever wished to sell this as, say, stock photography.

But for your own collection, and posting online, releases are usually not necessary.

Thank you Mary. My kids were a little upset as I left them to take the picture but within minutes they were too interested in the buskers anyways! Lol
