About	The entrance to St. John's Harbour from the trail that winds up the side of Signal Hill. That's the North Atlantic out there, stretching all the way to the British Isles. It's about 3 degrees celsius in there, so if the fall didn't kill you the water would. Brrrr!!!

Thanks, Mary. A local told us you've got about two minutes to climb up out of the water. After that the cold takes all the strength out of you. Scary stuff...
