Molto bella Paolo, non ho la capacità di comprendere gli interventi che hai effettuati ma nell’insieme rendono una rappresentazione pittorica (soprattutto nella parte del volto). Bella la luce a macchie, il gesto elegante nel sovrapporre le gambe e naturalmente l’attenzione per le nuove scarpe. Ai miei occhi si svolge un attimo congelato di orgoglio privato mentre la vita scorre immutata.

Lo sfondo affollato, confuso, si annulla e lascia in massima evidenza le gambe con le scarpe, ben isolate.
Sul cilindro a sinistra è scritta (oltre alla tua firma) la parola brush ... the shoes?
Il tuo occhio, da bravo fotografo, è sempre vigile, attento.

Uno scatto magnifico. Credo che, come il titolo sottolinea, tu volessi porre l'accento sulle scarpe esageratamente pulite per un "homeless". Obiettivo raggiunto ma qui la manipolazione digitale, peraltro mai esagerata e limitata probabilmente ai livelli e alla regolazione dei chiaroscuri, avrebbe dovuto risaltare un po' di piu' quella piccola ricchezza di un uomo sfortunato...

all kind of natural feeling were mixed in me right now! who is this man and why does he sit apposit to the bin? why is there such a contrast in his clothes? is he homeless? why he wears a coat when girls in background are just in T-shirts?what kind of feeling is hidden in his wide opened eyes?
This image is great, makes me feel more serous as images made by you, Paolo, before.
But as I was learnt at school...if a movie makes us thinking and brings to us questions (a lot of them) and we answer them slowly step by step until we find the real answer than the script was written well.
You can make a movie script by this image... But I am affraid it will be a sad movie...my instict says like that
