Yeah, even a 10mm would have yielded an even more dramatic image, Sam. This is still very nice, man.

Hi Sam, Good classic photo, and nice to see it in landscape format for a change. What I generally like about this PoV is how the web created by the suspension wires are more dominant in the composition than the bridge head itself - a very nice touch.
I think including a bit more of the Manhattan skyline in the compsoition could've balanced it a bit more, and a personal preference would be to use a wide angle lens for this (a wider angle than 24mm, in this case...) Very good tones, and the time of day with the setting (?) sun is excellent, really adds to the feel of the image, as the tones in the clouds match nicely with the bridge head bricks.
Good photo!
Cheers,
Hugo

Sam III,
I love the lines, cropping with lens, angle of shot, colours and clouds. However I would like to see the bottom cropped off a bit more, as the people in the frame are a bit distracting.
Why don't you use the fisheye option in PS? I have used it a couple of times, but it's not the real deal for sure.
Well done indeed my friend,
Marty

Wow Sam your right, Awsome view! A fisheye would be cool to try with this shot!! I sure bet that would be quite the trip for a country boy to walk this for the first time. Fantastic color and composition Sam! Wonderfully shot!
Congrats!

I love the American Flag at the top of the bridge. The lines from this angle are amazing. I can imgaine how dizzy one would feel to look upward at all the lines, not to mention looking over the edge of the bridge.
A fish eye lens would be perfect for a shot like this, I'm sure that's next on your list.

Fantastic shot. Color and composition are "right on". Think Rob posted one similar to this shot last year - will have to check.
