Definately cute, and looks full of life. From a photographic point of view the highlights on the paws are burned out, whilst the rest of the kitten looks quite dark, and the image is very grainy/noisey. The noise is probably down to the ISO you used, although you don't specify what you used, a lower ISO generally gives you less noise. For the lighting, with such a range of tones on the kitten, I would have shot this inside, with some diffused flash. A small point, but the little bits of what look like kitty litter stuck on the paws look a little off putting.
