Agreed, New York is great. But still doesn't hurt to watch your back - the level of safety changes with different administrations.

Leora No, it was the old classic glass clunker that way a tonne and look like a bazooka. But I had fun! LOL I just love New York city - compared to LA, I have always felt completely safe there, no matter where I go. But maybe that's because I look like a peasant (LOL).

It really looks like a building within a building. Because of the tight crop and the pixilation they melt together - the old and the new. Great job.
Was that the mirror lens?

Leora I think is is the Pan-Am building. I took it late in the afternoon, using a 500mm lens, so I could capture the building being reflected off it. Then I cropped it so severely there was basically nothing left (LOL) Hence the grainy (impressionist effect).

Is that the former Pan-Am building or is it Met Life? It looks like an impressionist painting.
A nice change from steel and glass.
