Interesting photo, where the rather centered composition works well. The theme, emphasised in your about shows a nice and creative touch, and justifies the toning, IMO.
On a more technical level the blown out parts in the sky are a bit distracting, but I like the idea, and the cluttered element, representing the human element, I believe, works nicely. Good photo.
