a nice perspective on the SOH. This is clear and composed well. I would like to see it fill more of the frame, but you did nail the composition that you saw.

good capture Derek, i agree with the tilt it need to go to the right a degree or two. apart from that nice. here is what it looks like at night.

....right hand down a bit Derek, the poor old SOH is about to slide right off it's pedestal into the harbour I fear, it's a brute to photograph at the best of times particularly as we mostly look at the back of it, due to the water! ....might crop it a bit tighter but it's an ok black and white shot of a well known landmark.....I have tried endlessly to capture the atmosphere of this place....good work, cheers, david.

memories for me too, as I backpacked there in 1988. I like your choice of black white and I think the shot is from Circular Quay, but its a long time ago. - Christian
