Kim, I know I do have a terrible problem determaining what is straight, maybe my head in on a bit crooked. :) Ok this time I will let you in on the secret. I dont kow if there is such a thing a a black lily. And white ones have been exaustively photographed. So I just covered the center stem to protect it and then spray painted the flower black!
Love the concept... such a artsy feel... and classic with the brushed frame and almost sepia stem. I would have opted for either a major tilt in the frame, or to have it perfectly straight. To straighten it shouldn't be a problem is PS, as it's barely crooked, but it is noticeable. Was this actually a black lily, or is it toned after the fact? However it was done ,the outcome is very cool!
