I would expect a master of photography to wait a moment till wind is not strong enough and doesn't blow her hair to cover most of her face. It's easier to wait than to wait for bird. I would consider also choosing left side of frame because she directs her head to right, as well as wind is blowing to right, and there is no space at right side at all where - technically saying - there should be. I know there is also an author's own concept which doesn't have to fit strict to technique, but I expected cyborg to be strictly following technical rules.
