Scena molto interessante, concentrata in due parti: lo sguardo dell'uomo e le due donne che parlano. E' vero che l'asta della bandiera divide la scena, ma potrebbe essere un fatto positivo...

Perhaps one of the less interesting shots from your recent excellent Morocco series - maybe that's why you CC'd this one?

What strikes me (or rather doesn't) is the rather subdued tones - all those different shades of red / pink / brown. Maybe a little increase in the colour saturation would help here.

I also feel that the flag pole divides the image unnecessarily in two. Not sure what to suggest with this, as it is an essential feature of the image.

I do like the positions and postures of the three figures at the bottom of the image.

Hope this gives you some ideas.
