A nice shot, Ray. I like the limiting the palette to browns and reds with gold highlights. The brown and reds give a very grounded feel to the photo. I'm not sure I like the subject placement. I find myself wishing she were either further in or further out of the picture. The only other small thing is the brightness balance. For me, the light reflection in back of your daughter's head is a shade or two too bright.
It's a nice portrait.
