Hi Edgar, I like the concept behind this photo. The partial view on the flag, and the red stripes of the flag manage to spice up the otherwise rather bleak and grey image nicely.
The composition creates a strong balance between the flag, rather dynamic, and the corporate, stern look of the building, more static and geomaterical - a very appealing combination.
I have my doubts about the sky, don't think it's really functional in this photo, as it doesn't offer much. I think consising the view a bit, using the building as a backdrop covering the entire view would've made the impact of this photo even stronger. Just a thought.
