soft spot on the nose is easy explained:
days ago, i've found this wonderful image:

the photographer has kindly explained his technique, and i've tried to use it on one of my images.
background copy + 1 desatured layer with blur + multiply layers.
I have added selective focus with a mask only on the eyes.

Hi Eleonora,
Very intense portrait, and a very good composition too. There seems to be a soft spot at bridge of the nose. Curious what caused that... Very cool shot, the confronting look is excellent, and really manages to grab the attention.
