Thanks for opening my eyes on how more of a flower can really come across... I usually jump right in with my macro lens on but I really like your style showing character and movement by using the whole flower.
The background red is almost too dark for me here. It seems hard to make red stand out from red (or any colour stand out from itself, it seems) and I think that a buttery yellow or rich dark blue would have been better.
Still, an eye catching shot, for sure! (7)
